Finally got some time to update my blog.... boy was i busy. For one, I was recently promoted to senior IT Engineer. The company value the services I am rendering and of course needs me to move to another level.... in terms of management.
Technical I admit I have no problem but management, I am trying my best to upgrade my management skills.
