Daily Life: Running is good for health

As many may know, I am a runner. For the past few Wednesdays, my company has organized a healthy lifestyle day and the main event is running. There a number of runners in my companies and boy can they run.

Its a good chance for me to exercise on weekdays as I normally work late and seldom go exercise on weekdays unless I am training for my marathons. So the Wednesday's run allow me to get my mind off work for a while and exercise my body/mind. The run starts from my office in techplace 1 and go straight to the bishan MRT repair depot. Behind it is a long waterway which connect all the way to toa payoh so we just run all the way. The distance is 1km to the waterway and the waterway itself is 3.5km so a two rounds at the waterway will work out to be 7km so total distance is 7km+1km+1km=9km.
