First time running in SCMHK. It is a eye-opener for me in terms of how they plan, the way the supporters cheer every runner n the volunteers who tirelessly give out plain water n sports drink in the trying Hong Kong weather.
Its cold in Hong Kong n I don't know how i survive with only shorts n sandals. Top was covered by windbreaker so its ok. Only when running does it not feel so cold.
The results for the SCMHK was out n its just a few hours after race close at 1pm. They are very efficient in this n much can be learnt from them

Saw my results n it beat my last PB done in Chiang Mai Dec 2013. Unlike the Chiang Mai route which is flat, the SCMHK has slopes though runnable but its a different terrain.
Now is to train harder to see if can replicate same results in Singapore weather.
