Went on youtube and found ACV to be a good tool to do weight loss.
Decided to go buy a ACV with mother from NTUC finest at causeway point. earlier went to NTUC at toa payoh but only have ACV without mother. decided to find at NTUC finest as it will most likely have it.
Took 2 teaspoon mix in 1 cup of water at room temperature. Used a straw to drink. Before drinking took my weight and see if 5 days later got any change or not.
